Look, @OmarKSAgamer all I can see there is his prop, so it looks like it his boat. Next time get a screenshot of your prop underneath it. (@Alex can you close this one?)
Thanks for the report @OmarKSAgamer but as Rogers pointed out there is no way of us knowing that he is 100% breaking the rules and thusly we can't accept it. If you have any more evidence that you did not give us this first time please make a new report of PM me.
