So I know we have levels, but they are basically useless, it does nothing [That I know of...] So why dont we incorperate a advanced leveling system that adds perks benefits and other stuff when you rankup, you rankup by getting xp, and you get xp bye the dmg or props you destroy. The benefits include maybe 1 more limit added to max props, maybe a special gun or extra gun, just in general to unlock the guns, and other stuff maybe such as small health boosts, not op, like 110 health for max rank or something, but maybe just a slight boost, maybe increase in dmg by 1 dmg or 0.5 dmg, and just other assorted perks.
This would be super super super super OP. And players who have weapons versus new players to the server that don't have any weapons wasn't OP enough the way it is. I don't think it's a good idea because it makes new players have an even harder time getting money and winning rounds in the server. It really creates the gap between new players and older experienced players.
This would be nice, but OP, maybe something simple like when you reach lvl 25 you get 5000$ level 50 7500$ or something like that....
Yeah I ment it to be subtle like that, or some tokens if you rankup, but yet perks and rewards, so yeah
Perks maybe be OP, maybe simple like tokens and money and maybe like X2 money for 4 hours so people play more.
We don't want to give any more exponential benefits to players, it's hard enough for starting players without having to compete against higher level players with loads of perks and stuff. As it is the level system is just a nice system for players to get a hold of how good they are compared to eachother, it's very unlikely that we're going to add anything to it for a short while.
Well consider this, if we buffed it down to the point where we just had an xp system that matters, like leaderboards, kind of like a name tag, unlike the one we have currently in small text to the left of a name, a little more bold just show how high ranked this player is, or maybe if you reach levels [sort of like cod4 deathrun] it has silly names or logos or just has a subtle rank or title name, like Veteran at level 100 or noob at level 1... Either way its just an idea
the amount of money a player has basically already does this if someone sees someone with a shitton of money they probably already know the guy is a veteran
I got 300k, a day ago I was at 70k, am I good? or just luck? plz answer dis for me http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=546395768
People can spend a lot of their money on skins and stuff so they could have earned loads more money than everybody else in the game but could only have like 80k or something Why are you telling us this?
yeah i guess, nvm tho i guess you can tell from the skins that the person is a veteran anyway, tho they could have just donated to get it
I think the experience system should go out: Less damage taken when being in water but speed is significantly reduced Can run faster in water but 25 hp lost when in Fight Phase Decrease in cooldown while pressing E to get above the prop but decrease in jump power and more, just like Path of Exile skill tree EDIT: Firearm Discipline I 3% weapon reload speed, 3% weapon draw speed Firearm Discipline II 3% weapon reload speed, 3% weapon draw speed Firearm Discipline II 3% weapon reload speed, 3% weapon draw speed Quick Draw +50% draw speed, -15% reload speed Quick Reload +25% weapon reload speed, -25% weapon draw speed I got inspiration from those 5 Another Edit: Gladiator: 25% Swing Speed with Melee but 25% Damage Reduced
I honestly dont think that Donkie will go through with this. This puts new players at a huge disadvantage against older experienced players.
I don't think this will be at a disadvantage because the perks need to be good enough so it can have both advantages and disadvantages. Its just minor skills to me atleast and it'll be a great use to encourage players to use their melee weapons and such.
New players will die often, and people will start targeting that team 24/7. Like Decap said, new players will have a disadvantage.
The fact is "Perks" have been brought up a few times and each time it was scrapped because it would change to much in the game mode. I'm not saying for sure he would not do it, but don't be surprised if he doesn't.
Don't people have enough money, lmao. Also I don't think you realize how small that amount is. Let's say you gain $4000 in a round, you'll get an extra $160 for being level one-hundred. This still seems kind of pointless :c
