I've reopened this based upon request. @Alex has worked with us for over a year now, and always had good intentions for the community. I have no other feedback to give here, and don't wish to be involved any further.
Alex and Is conversation, I wanted her to delete a post on Dylan XDs staff application because it had nothing to do with it, she started shit talking me and got really mad at me for no reason. (rick fixed this link and made it better belowVV) (was on the other thread, not this one, added evidence of abuse. She threatened to ban me and have Bayrock ban me.
Basically, this thread is designed for people to write what they think about Alex's "behaviour". Alex isn't getting banned unless people agree on it.
I personally beleive she should just be demoted, not banned. I heard when she first got staff that she was super cool and nice. And from what I see, she's gotten very power hungry if that was true. When staff members are presented with power they will use at as they please, they use it whenever they want, banning people they don't like, thinking they can use it all they want. Alex has gotten in the mojo of thinking she's a goddess, and that she can use those powers however and on whoever she wants.
A demotion shouldn't be necessary. I was dead against any demotion against myself under similar circumstances occurred and I was absolutely certain that an intervention was all that was necessary. At the very most (Unless any of you pull some major dirt out of nowhere) this should lead to an intervention where we can talk to Alex calmly about how we feel she could change in order to make the community more happy over all (I'm sure that's what she cares about most). I have annotated the album provided in the evidence with anything that I found that could've been done better. Staff should always handle complaints about themselves or the servers seriously (It's hard but I try to). If you PM me the posts I will get around to re-approving them if they're not shitposts.
I personally don't have a problem with Alex. She has a certain type of personality like a firecracker that you have to understand and acknowledge before you pass judgement. You also have to approach her on topics in a certain way. So I think the problem is on both sides in a way. Alex might have done wrong, but she was called out on it in the wrong way which caused her to backlash. Seeing as how I don't have a problem with her myself, I think an intervention of sorts like what Rick suggested is the best course of action. Just because I don't have a problem with her, doesn't disregard a problem that other people might have. She is with her dad until Monday or Tuesday, so this will have to wait until next week when she gets back to do so. Does that sound good to you @SilverMario?
We can very easily have a public intervention if that's what people want. But having a "personality like a firecracker" isn't an excuse it's a problem in her position.
Then it's something to discuss in the 'intervention,' but I can tell you now based on recent events in her life it isn't going to go smoothly.
No one obviously would understand the events in my life except for the people who have been there through it with me. And that only person is Bayrock. Just stating that as a fact. Not an arguemeant. So please refrain from saying things like "it's not an excus," if you don't even know what it is. Intervention by the public is fine with me. I agree sometimes I have a firecracker personality, but I will not divulge my feelings on this topic on a thread. We will talk about this whenever I can.
I understand that we are none to judge anything about your personal life. But if it is apparently interfering with your ability to carry out administration as well as previously then maybe you need to reduce your influence for a while or something.
If your having personal issues to the point where you need to abuse/can't administrate right over a little fight, maybe take a break? Sounds logical to me.
