    We have an increasing number of Jr. Mods & there is likely going to be promotions. Therefore I am going to take some time and suggest a few Jr. mods that would be a nice fit.

    Additionally, I think some of the juniors are a bit inactive and should probably be warned.

    Let the higher-ups deal with these sorts of things, they most-likely know what they have in mind, it's just a matter of when.
