Hey guys. I have been interested in thermal cameras since they were a thing. Howevr they were very expensive until recently. The prices have dropped low enough that regular consumers can now afford them. Not to mention the fact that Thermal technology is making a massive leap in the past few years. A decade ago, a camera like the one I have would have cost you $250,000+ easily. This is because of various reasons which are irrelevant for OP. (You can ask whatever questions you want about the camera or thermal cameras in general. I just don't wanna take away from OP) The reason I am making this thread is because I would like a place where I can archive all my photos, share them easily and maybe get some feedback. The camera I am using is from a company called Therm-App Specs: Resolution: 384 x 288 (This is "currently" very high resolution for a camera of this type) Lens: 19mm (Germanium) Photos (Taken by, Jeffreythe00) Photo of my mom ( She wasn't happy about having to sit still while I focused the camera for that pic xD ) Photo of our hot water heater in action. Photo of the backyard. ( With fluffy creature ) Photo of a pot of water warming up Photo of my kitty. His name is Storm. More to come!
I like these pics, always been interested in how they work but they are cool to look at, keep up the good work!
Two new photos added to OP. I now am using heavily modified software in order to get supurb image quality and noise reduction. I can get even better quality by stacking images but that will be for some time in the future. For now, you'll have to enjoy these
