Accepted Unfairly treat and ban by moderator and players

I was playing by my own, Suddently, the team "Negro" (it's their name) come doing prop-hitting, prop-blocking and always going against me, like a kind of bullying. I tried to play, but it was imposible. I said to all of them to stop, by calling "Negro", to the team. Then, they say I was racist for saying that. Obviously, I'm not, and they weren't black boys, because of their profile pictures. Anyway, I was just fed up this things, I couldn't play and I call they kids. They were always saying I was racist and things like I had insult them by calling Kids.

Then, the moderator "Rogers" appear. The team "Negro" started to talk doing spam saying I was racist. And the moderator trust them and kick me. I don't understand nothing, because I was only calling them by their team name. Later I go to the server, and still doing prop-hitting and block me. I said, "Negro team, stop doing that things, kids" (orsomething like that) and the moderator "Rogers" banned me for 24h... I can't believe that treat I have received. In fact, Rogers saw how "Negro team" was doing prop-hitting and blocking me, and didn't say nothing, and didn't punnished them... Only me, and for something I'm not (racist). I'm very disappointed with that situation.

I just would like to see the logs that Rogers consider to ban me for being racist, because I'm not, and I think he treats me unfairly. And I think people like that team make this game a little bit unpleasant.

I can see where you are coming from as an argument stand point but I'm not able to check so I'll leave that to the higher-ups. I did have an incident with Rodgers yesterday with some poor decision making and childish actions on his part so I won't jump to conclusions or take a side but if there is any further proof you have please post it as it makes our job infinitely easier and helps provide solid evidence to back-up your argument. While I really want to take you up on your side of things, not much can be done without proof. If this ever happens again, get screenshots, many of them if need be, or record a demo so we can see exactly what happened. Before I act, I want to see what @Roflcopter Rogers has to say about the whole thing.

 

I didn't "trust them" the first time, I checked the logs and warned you about it. Then you were racist again, so it was a kick, then you came on and called me something to the affect of stupid. I checked with Counter to see what to do, and he told me to ban him after the kick for insulting staff.

 

Sounds like it could be a misunderstanding as he said.

Seems he said that as part of getting their attention. Unless the logs show something otherwise.

And, for Rogers, I said "Negro", that is their team name... this is to be racist?? I don't think so. After you kick me, ok. And when I returned I only said to you that "I think that say "Negro" referring to his team name isn't racist" and I said that I didn't have the same opinión as you. Then, the "Negro team" started to say that I was insulting you and you ban me, only for saying I don't agree with you.
I don't have proofs, if he can, he can show the logs of my "insult". I just complain because I felt I was treated unfairly.

Yeah if that's the case, then actually the team with the Negro team name should have been the one to be punished, not you. @Roflcopter Rogers keep this in mind.
