Gauss Rifle Idea

    I know I only just joined the forums today, but I have been on the server for a while and have had a few ideas. One of the most well fleshed out ideas I currently have is for an extremely high damage, extremely low ammo Gauss Sniper rifle. (workshop link at bottom) Door boats, no collide cabinet boats, and the very massive, 4 cabinet 4 money bad 3-5 logs ships are all very hard to deal with and A Gauss rifle would help manage these boats. For general use, a 1-2 shot insta-kill Gauss rifle would still be very good.

    The current concept is a 1 shot 700 damage Gauss rifle, making it possible to kill any prop (I think) in one shot. If it is possible without minimal work, another idea is a player has 2 shots if they are playing solo, and 1 shot if they are in a team, so that it would not be abused. However, 1 shot for everyone is very manageable.

    For price, I feel bazooka cost, $35,000, or even higher, $40,000 would be nice, since it is so high damage, even in one shot. $30,000, making it the most expensive sniper may also be nice.

    I like the idea, but the gun might be over powered, but I like the idea of adding new guns.

    If every player only has 1 bullet it might help balance that out though, is my current thought.

    IMO, adding a weapon that could be used once or twice and taking up a slot in the hotkeys (probably the 4th) is unfavourable. Maybe we should add a feature which makes weapons disappear from your inventory when they run out of ammo (for the round).
    I could see this idea being the secondary fire for the pulse rife, the energy pellet. It would vaporize the prop(s) when hit. It would be a separate item in the weapon shop, probably a permanent attachment for a high cost, with one or two pellets per round. I would tone the damage down to around 150-300 damage as many props don't go past 300 HP.

    I think that might be a better idea Dr. Pit, but I feel a one hit kill on a prop weapon would be a nice feature. I only feel a sniper would have the best range, but your idea is very nice too.
