Ok so, have an in-game command. Let's use the command !help. So, do !help and give a brief description on what the player is doing that breaks the rules. Example:
    !help Someone is prop pushing!
False reports will result in a warning. Now, how will staff receive this message? From the forums, every time a player uses the !help command, it will be plugged into the alerts tab. You press it, and it also shows the server it is being reported from and the message. Each time a staff receives a report and tries to take action, they must tap a little bubble stating that someone is or has already handled this issue in the alert. Basically, this will limit the amount of rule-breakers on both servers. In order to get this command out there, we should have a message pop up in-game like how we have a message about the forums in-game. Overall, this would be faster than the ban request in general, requiring little time for staff to take action. What do you think of this idea? Comment below any improvements you have to the idea.

I don't think that is a really good idea. There are other players who can simply report using a screenshot and/or a video/demo. It simply covers it all the work and makes it easier. If an admin joins and they stop doing it, the player won't get banned.

Firstly, players get lazy. Secondly, staff have the option to go into incognito so they don't show their staff tag. I don't suggest someone uses the !help command and staff come on and immediately ban players. This is just to warn/ kick the players. If they continue, yes a ban. But we should use the warning system.
We could add a feature which only lets you use the command every 10 minutes or so, and as I have stated, the players who spam it will get a warning and possibly a ban for a bit.

Also, this isn't supposed to remove the ban requests. This only gives the option to get staff on immediately. Have you noticed how players try to get staff on via shoutbox? This method isn't proficient.

This will cause players to stop attempting to help out with ban requests and instead just do alerts, then bitch when no admin comes on to deal with it. Another issue is that if someone is prop pushing and you alert us, we can't come in there and ban them without us seeing them do it. Also, when we dish out punishment, we are not allowed to be incognito because it causes the ban to be issued by out incognito name and not our real one. The person banned needs to know who banned them in case of an appeal. So with all of this said, We get alerted to come on the server due to a person breaking rules. Due to us having to see it happen or have proof and that they will see an admin is on, 99% of the time that person will not continue with their shenanigans. While I do appreciate your attempt to help out with this idea @Cars856 I feel that this would just cause more issues.

Also, saying people are to lazy to do ban requests is silly. Have you seen the number of ban requests we have had in the past week alone? Saying it doesn't work or help out is simply a false statement. If someone needs a staff member on, they should add one of us and send a message on steam or post a comment on the steam page which will give us a notification on steam.

If people are too lazy to go to a tiny bit of effort to request assistance, I'm not helping them. They can add me on steam, ask in the shoutbox, make a ban request, but we don't need to go through so much to make a system to cater for people who are to lazy to do /forums and click a few buttons.
