Accepted Unban App / Nastyxeron (Reduced to 3 days)

Brief description of what happened before you were banned: So i joined the flood server and i saw my friend KenT in a group called TigerS. He invited me and i joined. He builded the boats everytime not me. I just watched how he builded. I builded like just small boats, but these werent skyboats. KenT builded them. not me.

sry if i was rude on the last thread ya i was on drugs ya ok please, accept this unban application, kent builded the boats not me.

 

This doesn't really count as evidence. I can give you the benefit of the doubt in regards to the boat builder though. However since @Jacob was the one to ban you I will give him the final say. Jacob reminder that I extended his ban to a week for being rude, take that into account when deciding.

 

You know, I was actually going to try to help you since you have been such a helpful player and that you've even PM'ed me of several rule breakers in the server. However, your response towards Skittles' ban request on you is completely unacceptable and I think it would be best if Jacob can shed some light into this matter.

Yeah but if you get arrested on bogus charges you don't walk up to the judge and tell him "Fuk you m8 I know where you live". That's just common sense.

 

um but why do i get a ban, if i didnt even build a skyboat.
doesnt make sense... please man. i played almost a day long without stop on that server...

 

Just because Kent built the boat, doesn't necessarily mean you weren't involved. You were on Kent's team at the time using the skyboat yes, he made. But even then, you could've taken your day ban and soldier through it, yet you made a previous vulgar unban request with regards to the prodical that all staff are expected to follow regarding handling ban requests. Even so, I think the ban should not be lifted, on accounts of like Decap said, the thread you posted before and your previous offense.

 

I tell you what @Nastyxeron, I won't lift your ban but I'll reduce it from 7 days to 3 since you did apologize. It was a pretty weak apology though so that's why I'm not going to lift it completely. But a crappy apology is better than no apology.
