Hello there, I apologize if this brushes off as being spontaneous, but I need to excuse myself from the forums and servers for an extended period of time. As of late, I have been temporarily eliminating distractions that have been interfering with my concentration with important outside matters such as my studies. Collaborating with users here on the forums/ slack/ GitHub has been a very fun past time for me, but 99% of it must be set aside for now. It won't be permanent--I just need time for myself to focus and critically reflect. I am uncertain as to how long I will be away, but is guaranteed to be more than a month. Quarters last 11 weeks, each. Additional information: If in the event that a decision is made to remove me from staff for the reason of being away for too long, I will be okay with that. I would be more than happy to reapply for staff and steadily work my way back up again as is required for everyone else. In addition, even without being a part of staff I will still opt to continue with helping out as I have done previously when I return. During my leave, please do whatever you'd like to with the songs that I've added to the server playlist. Once in a while I might pay a visit to the forums to check on whether or not anything's on fire. Depending on my time I may even be able to help out with a ban request/ staff application or two. I might, at the end of each week, release a post of my status (but I make no guarantees). If conferences are ever held, I will allocate time towards participating. However once they finish up, I will need to excuse myself. Again, sorry to disappoint, but I have greater priorities at hand that require the utmost of undivided attention from me. I hope most of you will understand and not misinterpret this as abandonment. Remember: I'm not turning away from the community and I will be back!

No problem Dawson, Life stuff should always come to be more important. No grudges will (or should) be held while you are away. I'll discuss with the other staff what we will do in the meantime. Good luck in your studies and get back with us when you're finished up.
