    Today I started playing and I don't have money and can't buy weapons. A guy gave me 5,000$ I bought a weapon it said to rejoin the server, I rejoined and it restarted all over again. 0 cash and no weapons.

    There is no data stored in our database for you. This could be a result of temporary disruptions with our host, which would prevent you from connecting properly upon join. This would definitely cause the strange behavior that you're describing in-game.

    If that doesn't work, try joining our servers and wait until the MOTD (rules page) pops up.

    After delving deeper, I've confirmed that our database does not support some characters. We will likely resolve this in the future.

    In the meantime you can save a headache by changing your Steam name to something normal..

    If you still haven't resolved the problem try joining one of the other servers to load in you account (ex US1 or US2). Were you trying to join server EU 2 by any chance?

    If he doesn't change his Steam name it doesn't matter which server he joins.

    There's no clear reason that one server should behave any differently than the rest.

    If you're having an issue with EU2 then it's likely an issue with all of them. Connectivity issues can be caused for a number of reasons. While rejoining may help, it shouldn't matter which server you're joining to.

    That is what we've determined. It is a known issue, and we will work to resolve it in the future.

    I'm guessing you've realized this now, since your name is fixed and your data has loaded.
