    We had an event with only bug bait as weapons, And this modereator started shooting everyone whith guns unawaleble in the event, is this mod abusing? is this leagal? (sorry for my eanglish)​

    An ordinary gun cabinet, which absolutely any player can buy and get weapons from there.

    He could have spawned in a gun cabinet and used it during the one weapon event, although we discourage this it's something players can still do while it's trying to be patched. I will make a GitHub issue about it, but this won't be worth a punishment to either side.
