    Thank you for making a report. This is something the staff continuously enforces on the Battle Royale servers. This is a common mistake made by new players on the server. The target's player level is only 6 so it's easy to conclude they're new to both the server and its rules. All we can do to ensure these situations don't happen is remind as many new players to read the rules. If there are future instances that these situations occur with this player then we can proceed with further punishment at that given time.
