The photo down there shows a message in console which is about getting a Plasma Gun drop.However,the Q menu shows that I actually didn't get the Plasma Gun. Idk if I can get refund for this but pls fix it. Another one I screenshot.(Laser Minigun)It doesn't have a message pop up at the centre of the screen at all.
Thanks for your report, this is an issue we're aware of and currently investigating. I will attempt to compensate players who have been rewarded, if we aren't able to grant the weapons before Halloween.
i also did not recieve my plasma gun and i play alot i enjoy the server thanks Bayrock i hope things get fixed i will be online on both EU and US see you guys there
I've applied a fix for this to both US and EU servers. Unfortunately those who received the reward while it was bugged won't have the weapon. I have extended the length of the Halloween event until November 10th to give everyone another oppurtunity to earn the weapons. I will manually add the plasma gun for @Kurtis Lam and @Old Doctor, as well as anyone else who reported the bug directly to me. Thanks for the reports, and sorry for any inconvenience this caused!
