Unreasonable Admin

    Hello everyone.
    I had a run-in with an admin called Geology.

    As I like to do, I love to invite new players into my team to help them out and also so I can learn foreign language phrases. This particular Russian player, "Richard" has a picture of a rooster so I thought of a funny team name.

    I named the team "Putin's Cock" because as many of you know, in English "cock" is another word for "Rooster", so this made a bad pun of a team name. But fair enough -- I knew I was pushing it with this name.

    Admin Geology did not care to even talk to me. He warmed me officially through a prompt in-game. So I changed my team name to just represent my friend's rooster. I renamed the team to "Putin's Rooster" and without further warning or any dialogue at all I get kicked.

    Admin says the name was offensive even as there are people in-game with name "Afroamerican" in team " B l A C K". So why is Rooster being taken out of context by an admin even when I am clearly referring to my teammate with an actual picture of a rooster on his profile? I am not saying this other team name was so offensive that it had to be kicked, but I am asking why is my team name being taking out of context but theirs isn't?

    Proof:
    Other team with questionable name.
    My teammate with rooster profile picture.
    Proof of us in the same team.

    So am I crazy or this is really tone deaf? Had minimal effort been put into trying to clarify the situation, the name of the team could have been explained to the admin -- or changed completely. But not a single word was exchanged between this admin and I before he kicked me.

    Although I found some humor in the team name "Putin's Cock" it was undeniably vulgar and obviously against the rules. Our staff was right for punishing you with that in mind. Although a further punishment was unnecessary, it was ultimately up to that staff to deem you worthy of punishment. This does not mean that I won't be talking to @Gelogy about when to continue punishing users after the first warn.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, and will make sure this does not happen again.
