    What rules the target broke:
    01. No minging or sabotage. (Do not mess with another player"s props without permission)
    02. Do not prop-push or prop climb. (Flinging props around aimlessly; using prop/s to launch yourself up to a higher spot)

    Briefly explain what happened:
    He proppushed me and my friend at the end of the round

    It states that witness accounts don't really count for much. Physical evidence like screenshots and videos are required to warrant any action. At the top of the ban requests page you can see how to record a demo. In the case of prop pushing, Demo's are very much preferred. These screenshots show nothing really. There are cases of potential prop pushing that are visible, but could also be a guy holding a prop. You also weren't hovering over his body or his prop in any cases that showed potential prop pushing, so we never see if the person you are accusing is actually the one that was prop pushing. For cases of prop pushing, minging, and verbal abuse, demo's are highly recommended.

    I have to agree with @xisntfeared on this, Screenshots are best for things that happen in chat or breaking of other rules that can simply be shown in an image. However when it comes to prop pushing and minging, a demo or other type of video works best. There are occasions where screenshots can be enough, but most of the time they are not. I would suggest you familiarize yourself with making demos. They are especially easy if you bind keys to start/stop recording.
