Internet problems

Im so sorry but my internet is acting up it keeps on shutting off an on. Wireless works perfectly but ethernet doesn't work and sadly i don't have a wifi adapter to connect wireless.I dont know when it will get fixed but i will try to fix it as soon as i can.

When I have problems with my internet I usually rage at my router until the internet comes back on.

 

Kicking it works sometimes too.

 

I prefer throwing it

 

try updating your Ethernet driver.

 

A few things you can try with the most important being first.

1. Update your Ethernet drivers as Rollie mentioned (Make sure you get the correct ones for your system)
2. Try using a Google public DNS
3. Flush/Renew your DNS
4. Check the Ethernet cable
5. Check the Ethernet port on both the PC and modem/router
6. Switch Ethernet ports on your Modem/Router
7. Call your ISP and have them help troubleshoot (It's free so it can't hurt to try)

If all of those fail I'm at a loss as to what the issue could be.

 

I threw it outside and it started working

 

Jk xD i just resetted and it started working again

 

Yeah usually best to just call your ISP if your efforts fail.
