What rules the target broke:

2: Do not Prop Minge. Examples include (but are not limited to) using props for:​

2c: Trapping players + pinning boats down.​

Briefly explain what happened:

Kapitan Chpok & Da vinci (X OMA) were prop blocking our boats, because we were buildng our boats outside and they didn't like that I presume, they were using big props and welded them, clearly showing that they knew that they were breaking the rules.​

For the first target, Kapitan Chpok, you can see that he welds a life preserver onto Matt's ball pit. So, this is sabotage, and for him I will be giving STEAM_0:0:97170091 a 12 hour ban for prop minge, as he does not have any previous infractions. As for the second target, I can see that he put a chair on your box props. I will be giving STEAM_0:1:196813894 a 12 hour ban as well. Accepted.
