    STEAM_0:1:103167090 will be permanently banned from our servers since he's encouraging the infraction of rules after appealing his ban.

    Scratch that. Request denied since the rule is in a grey area. Record a demo/video if you see him actually breaking server rules.

    Going to look through server logs.

    Evidence is insufficient to warrant a server ban. @Ryan will be unbanned.
