When I first started playing flood, I did a boat like that and got warned by a moderator at the time that it was considered a "Sky Boat". The definition of a sky boat is, a prop suspended in the air, not really connected to another prop. The description matches these pictures. If he would've had the vending machine pushed up against one of the logs, that would've made a difference, but in this case, this counts as a sky boat.
As long as props do not directly connect to other props and float in mid air, this would still be considered as a sky boat.
Sorry, the rule is by admin discretion and from what the screenshots show, I see nothing that should warrant a ban. However if you see something like this again, we need better pictures or a demo (preferably) in order to determine what he is doing. He was in the middle of building when you took 2 screenshots and the other was from a far distance away and I could not see it well enough. Therefor this ban request is denied.
