While this is a glitch, it is very difficult to reproduce and very unlikely it was done intentionally. It would be unfair to them to ban them for something like this unless they continued to do it over and over. You could say they should suicide, but there is reasonable doubt they do not know how to do that. Sorry but I'm going to deny this. However if you see them do it again, make a new ban request and I'll be sure to ban them for it.
