Briefly explain what happened: So we was playing on a server, and it was packed over 20+ people. All the rooms are taken so we have nowhere to build so we started to build in a corner. Whilst we was building the moderator, Jacob, was using an alias called Man. He started chatting shit to us about how we was building close to someone and we was teaming or w.e when we clearly wasn't we was just building close because there was nowhere else to build. I instructed my team to shoot him first. We did so, and just because we killed him first he slayed all of us on both teams. He didn't give an explanation. The next round we moved away from the other team, and built our boat. Jacob decided to build his boat close to ours so we destroyed him again. There is nothing wrong with shooting the admin on his boat. Once again he slayed us for teaming with the other guys just because we shot him first. The reason we shot him first because he was being a "douche" admin. If he is winding me and my team up, why should I let him shoot us and destroy us first? Apparently he has photo evidence of us "teaming" yet like i said. 20 odd people in the server, there is nowhere to build but outside. If he is going to wind us up by creating false statements in the game, then of course I am going to shoot him first. That's like having 3 people in a room. Me having a gun. One person being nice to me and one insulting me. Which am I going to shoot first?...The one being insulting ofc. I have had no other problems with the other admins, you can even ask IceSeasons. I team with him sometimes and play against him. The chatlogs will even show what I was typing to him, and asking why he was slaying us. You have absolutely now evidence and we can't rely on testimony. I'll leave the final decision up to @Decap but for now I'm giving you 24 hours to come up with evidence. I'll also try to check the server logs if I can.
How can i come up with evidence. He kept leaving and rejoining the server, or changing his name and character etc so I couldn't.
I took the initiative to check the chat logs. All I can see in chat is people getting upset about Jacob doing his job. What I do not see is proof of him abusing his power. I've been here to many times myself, people get all pissy and childish because they get punished for breaking the rules. If he was abusing, we need proof. You can record a demo or a video that would catch everything said and done. we don't have logs with video and sound so we can't tell what was going on other than the vague things said in chat. Sorry but request denied, please get evidence next time.
