Do not build "sky boats." (Boats with props that are suspended in the air) Briefly explain what happened: User was building and using a skyboat for 2 consective rounds when I've joined the server. Was asked to dismantle and refrain from building skyboats during the build phase of the second round but have failed to do so before the round started and continuously uses caps.
