Hello there. The provided evidence checks out; clearly Rul3r was trucing + prop farming. For this I will issue him a 24-hour server ban. For good measure I also carried out an immediate reverse search for reclaimer0154. From what I found, this may be his steam ID: As of this posting he is still in Garry's Mod + his profile avatar matches the one displayed in the provided screenshots.
