Briefly explain what happened:

St1N had went around the spawn area using the spherical wooden prop to trap players and prevented them from playing. After using the kill command he would do it again until we got a room, or left the server. He also bordered up rooms so nobody could actually claim a room, which then let him prop trap more players. ​
