I cant remember what was discussed for the predator missle being taken away. Having the missle was a cool advantage with a decent compromise for $50,000. Plus people usually dont purchase as much since the price is high. Although some players who were starting out, had a tough time reaching the required amount. I dont know if something happend that made it overly unfair to players, and only allowed it to higher staff, but I just would like it back, and I think others agree. We could always add restrictions if it were to be added back, but just a thought.
I've temporarily disabled it from purchase until a fix has been made. Predator missile dealt an absurd amount of damage than what it's originally supposed to be on the databaas
I wasn't around for when the missile was a still on the server, but it seems like a really cool idea. I definitely see how it can be overpowered since you could hit anyone on the map pretty easily. I'm sure some sort of nerf to balance it out is in the works, so I am looking forward to it being a part of the game again.
A current issue with the Predator Missile is that it dealt 300 damage than it's intended value which was supposed to be 100. I'll see if the issue swayed away by itself, if not then I'll create a github issue addressing this concern. Off-topic but I would definitely love to see more one-use weapons and is something that we're always considering
