It would be a pretty cool event that one of the coders to add, It would be a float scramble, It's like Health Scramble but the difference between it that it's Floating and not Health of the Props. Examples: Lockers are in Float: Very Bad when not in events, It would be for example in: Good. Garry's Sign are in bad float It would be very bad* Well, That pretty much explains it.
This has been suggested numerous times, even recently I believe and once before by me as well. It's also been shot down every time. You might want to look into this stuff first.

Keep note that event ideas hasn't been around forever and many people posted in things like "Garry's Mod: Flood" or "Feedback & Support"
