[Forum improvement] Image sizes

Two ideas:

-I know there is a way to automatically reduce image sizes that are posted and I would like to see that introduced. This would cause the image to be much smaller but a person would simply have to click the picture to see the full size of it.

-I'd like to have a max image size for signature. Not sure if we can apply the above idea to that or just have a rule that signature images are not allowed to be over a certain size. I've seen many images that are huge and simply do not belong in a signature.

Limited post images to 400px tall, and signature images to 150px tall.

(overall it's a good idea though)
