So, I have a birth defect where my sternum grows inward instead of outward.... (In severe cases it'll push on your lungs and heart) I got it from my father so far we think it is mild, which is good which may not need treatment my EKG which measures my heart waves turned out good, and my xray of my chest was alright (the heart looked alright to my doctor) I am gonna get an ultrasound of my heart and an Pulmonary function test (Basically to see how my lungs work and how much air I can get into them and out) I've never had any issues with my heart or breathing issues in my life only time when I get my shortness of breath is when I have panic attacks. I can do gym stuff without no problems aswell as run. I just felt like making this a blog, if the ultrasound and lung test are not good it means my sternum is pushing on it. If so I'll need surgery. so wish me luck and we'll see what happens from there, I just wanted to let the best community in the world, that you guys have always helped with my stresses of my life. And I felt i've known this community for a long time to let you know, I will update you more of what happens.

Alucard, I know that you"re worried about this disease and thats OK. I wish you the best of luck with it and I hope surgery is NOT required. If you do in fact need surgery, just remember who you are! You're a Viking descendant! Vikings are tough as shit man. Always remember that and don't let some disease get you down.
Don't worry bro, if you ger a surgery you'll be under good care with professionals and you'll have something administered do you wouln't feel it. Trust me I know cause I've had four teeth pulled and the shots I got numbed most of my mouth (they gave me three shots on my lower right and they didn't work though >.>)
