Prop Spammers- flood 3/8/15

Recently there have been people spamming props of which you can have unlimited of like the computer monitors. a group of people called the mafia put up to 100 computer monitors in one piece and made the server lag and even caused it to freeze at some points. As people continued to ask them to stop (and they said they would) they became increasingly disrespectful and continued to spam the props.

I hope that the staff decides to enforce the spamming rules because it interrupts the flow of the game and the servers quality.

I don't really think we have a rule against this. Unless the boat "Sharked" which you have no evidence of... they are fine.

It's hard to believe this is what was causing the lag.

 

The server was completely fine until the monitors came along, I honestly wouldn't have any problem with it either if it didn't cause lag, for the time i have been playing the server it was fine until then.

If it didn't cause the lag then I apologize and take back the report.

 

I'll talk to Bayrock about adding a limit on the props that have none. If he says it's okay, I'll set some of the props to a 4-6 limit. However, there's nothing stopping anyone from spawning max props each round which is no different from computer moniters.

 

I always thought that there was a 16-prop limit for things like the monitors. Apparently there is none....

 

Again if it didn't cause lag or disruption of the game i would not be mad.
