I feel that the rocket launcher is a waste of 35000 points! It does 5 more damage each explosive hit than a free weapon. I understand that it has its after fire affect but that isn't the reason players buy it! They buy it hoping that it will be a powerful, high damage weapon for its cost, however this is not the case. I think that the rocket launchers damage should be increased (40-50 damage a hit), however this power does not come at a cheap price. Increasing the rocket launchers price would mean that skillful players who have earnt enough cash to purchase it wouldn't be so disappointed when they realize the true power they're holding.
If anything, it needs to be dumbed down. The chance to unweld should be made to apply only with direct hits. Speaking of which, why is it that nothing has been publicly stated about the weapon's unwelding probability? I'd also say that the chance to unweld should be something around 20-25℅.
When it comes to a successful dismantle, should it only apply to all welds shared between a random prop? In the case of a prop that is welded to multiple items, only one of those connections would be broken. While the affected props may remain fastened by other welds, destroying other keystone props would eventually lead the two to fall apart.
I just feel like so far there has been no issues, don't fix something that is not broken. The rocket launcher, while the best gun in the game, is not broken. If anything raise the price but I feel that there is no need to.
I don't think the rocket launcher is TOO op , it's a damn rocket launcher it does what it's supposed to. The unweld percentage isn't too high but I do agree with nerfing the unweld feature a tad bit.
