Still no one can ban you, literally steam can't "ban" users, and even if they do they could get sewed, so as microsoft who has almost no power on its users, I've played with him, he brakes many rules, not those but he sometimes truce or others...
I think a permanent ban is too much to deal with. I suggest taking away his privileges as a VIP instead.
You really don't know him that well do you? And let's stack the week ban on top of fake threatening a staff member, this kid is not mature enough to understand or play this game. Also gotta say I love huge reaction like this, kid doesn't understand that he's only ten and can't out smart a staff member by threatening to ban his account if he doesn't get unbanned.
I mean I think its a little bit too harsh. I mean if he isn't learning, we the members have to teach him how to do so. I agree towards the threatening a staff member but the permanent ban should be like a month ban. At least a month would let him think about something right? Just gotta have a little bit of hope in us .
I tried to help him in-game the day the report was made, he didn't listen to me one time, he constantly did what I asked him not to and didn't care about the rules at all, and if the staff think he's mature enough to come back, they will unban him.
Of course that a perma is bad, also taking away its VIP, but lets face it, he did this because he got banned when he payed like what? 50$? he is probably very mad, and im sure you don't give refunds right?
I don't really like the permanent ban but I would like him to post an unban request regarding what he did + an apology. Would seem fit.

I can see your point, but he was spamming me to unban so he can talk you "bitches". He claimed that the evidence was messed with, and threatened to ban me. He have also so spammed when I clearly stated that I would not like to be spammed. I told him, if he wants to be unban, just make a ban request, but he keeps saying that I banned him for nothing, but you guys gave more then enough evidence to ban him. Even tho he is a little kid, I am still going to treat him as an adult.
Hes been banned multiple times and warned multiple times. You really think another temp ban will teach him? That's incredibly asinine. Also, the only reason why you feel bad is because he donated. Are you saying its ok to threaten and spam incessant gibberish to staff members if you donate to the server? Donators shouldn't have that much bias. It's obvious he didn't donate torwards devinity; he donated for the sake of having wicked sick perks. Also, kids shouldn't have that much bias either. No matter the age, anyone can easily follow instructions and not break flood rules repetitively especially when they aren't strict at all. He's doing this shit because he thinks we won't ever punish him, which is inherently wrong and insulting.
Guys, the kid is banned, no sense in talking about it anymore. He can post an unban request if he can muster up the balls that haven't dropped yet. Thread closed.
