Are the budget amounts the same for every player per round? Are there changes to the way you earn flood cash or are they the same as a normal round? (Ex damage done to cash is 90%, but in this event, the conversion is like 105%) Is the !give command disabled during this event? In our current HUD, would the players' flood cash total be replaced with their budget? Or will this budget be displayed elsewhere?
Won't this make teams versus lone wolves super broken? Since a team can have up to 4x the money of a regular user. Since you might as well use it all, a team of four can have your boat AND firepower multiplied by 4. And if we call your budget money people might get really confused. Maybe you can use like dabloons or gold coins for the round.
