Token problem

Hello, Devinity! I have such a problem with tokens. For a whole time I played on this server i couldn't buy any tokens with in-game cash. In-game cash was write off, but the purchase was not received. I wasted pretty much for a whole in-game time. So what can i do?

We have discussed about the problem with tokens you currently have and we came to the conclusion, that you were caught by the system, specifically for glitching/exploiting cash, so now you have a negative token value. You will not receive any tokens at all, until the debt is paid back and becomes a positive number again.

 

I can't understand this situation. I never glitched or exploited anything not only on devinity servers, but actually ever! Maybe that was a mistake or something? If not so, could u please at least tell me number of my "Negative tokens"?

 

Are you able to buy tokens now, or is this still unresolved? Let me know so I can assist you or close the thread.
