First attempt at making Korean bakery stuff. I kinda expected it to turn out this way with how disproportionate and oriented the cuts were, and I probably didn't thread the dough enough too but oh well. At least it tastes super good tho http://aeriskitchen.com/2012/01/sweet-red-bean-bbang/
@Bayrock My family was feeling for Korean marinated pork (here's a recipe that's similar to what I made) and allowed me to cook. I posted this on the discord but figured it wouldn't hurt to keep a small log of stuff that I made here. I decided to go over the top by making caramelized onions to go with rice and lettuce. Great turnout and I'm extremely proud by this, but I can't really say that it's better than the store traditional that we usually buy from the Korean supermarket at Queen's For marinated sauce I just guestimated 3 (dinner sized) large spoons of red paste, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 garlic cloves, half an onion, around 3 spoons of Sesame Oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar (blender)
Baked some potato stuff along with some weeb (Korean) food \o/ https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/268136/roasted-lemon-pepper-potatoes/
