I believe heavens wrath should have a solid .5% of being in the chest, this way you have 1 in 200 chances of getting it, so you have the potential to not get one for a whole 199 airdrops, then again if you have a 99% chance of getting something there is still a chance you could not get it, I believe .5% should do the trick for that, basically for things that are worth or are $100,000 or more, should be 2% or lower, something like this would be sufficient in my mind. If something is worth $150,000 then perhaps it has a 1% chance of being in a drop? You get the gist of what I am saying.
If something 150,000 has 1% then heavens earth should have .05% or less. Honestly seeing as it's the gen of the store, I think we should scratch it entirely.
I've been keeping a close eye on this thread since it was created but I have not yet decided if this is a good or bad thing for flood yet. However you guys are doing a good job so far so I'm not going to intrude. I did want to say a few things though. You guys can debate about drop percentages all you want. The only thing thats going to give you a *real* idea is a *HARD* sample size. IE: 100 chests opened with each drop listed. Ideally you would want to crunch the numbers beforehand and then run a sample to see how the drop rate compares to your numbers and adjust accordingly. (Granted this is more about luck but you can't just say "If a player opens a chest, he has x chance for x drop".)
