• Are VIP Ranks permanent?

Yes. VIP Ranks is and will forever be permanent throughout all of our servers.

• Am I able to upgrade VIP Ranks?

Yes. You will only have to pay the difference. The cash and token gifts in the ranks will be lowered to compensate.

• I didn't get my VIP Rank/Tokens. Help!

Please rejoin any of our Devinity flood servers after a transaction is completed. If this problem still persists, contact Bayrock.

• Can I purchase VIP/Tokens to another player?

Yes, you can purchase VIP/Tokens for another player by clicking "Purchasing for someone else?"

• Can I pay through something else other than PayPal?

At this time PayPal is our primary provider. Other trades/arrangements are possible by contacting Bayrock.

• Can I get a refund?

On a case by case basis, contact Bayrock, otherwise all purchases are non-refundable. Any unwarranted disputes will result in a permanent ban.
