Am I allowed to ask what you did that might be "Grounds for demotion"? Part of being a Jr. is learning to moderate so if it was a 1 off and you genuinely care about staying staff I don't get why they don't just keep you as Jr. and give you a hand or something.
You posted a joke application on a different community and you thought that would be grounds for demotion? Thats like saying being a minge like you did like three days ago when you and @Roflcopter Rogers joined me is grounds for demotion, on a different community and gamemode
Quite frankly I hate communities that don't allow you to staff on other servers/communities, whether or not (Which is why I eventually left my admin position on a darkRP server, cause the owner would not allow you to staff on his server if you are staffing/hosting a different server DarkRP server, in which, several people and friends had already been demoted for that) it's a community they like/hate.
I mean yeah what you did was dumb af but it's not bad enough for a demotion, you've clearly realized that we don't advocate for that stuff and you hopefully regret doing it.
It's more of that it was a joke app, and it was a bad representive of devinity considering akemi is staff.
