Instead of teams always being private. Perhaps allow us the option to make them public so anyone can join and leave as they please.
That would be a good alternative to the matchmaking idea we had in the past. I'll add the idea to our tracker, and see what I can do. I've always thought there should be a more streamlined method of finding teammates.
