There is no fix aside from waiting. It's a mix of both the database having trouble or taking a while to load in accounts and your client side processing power. Sadly, this can be troublesome when moderating. Although for me, this doesn't last, and it goes away after 10 or so seconds.
This happens sometimes when you log into the server too quickly, it usually takes me 20 seconds and everything returns to normal, although not always, but I do not feel discomfort from this bug
