Just because he shot that prop, doesn't mean he was prolonging the round. Did you have some other evidence? This is one of those cases where a video would be helpful.

Yeah by the looks of it, the player noticed they were shooting a dead players props and stopped after a very short period (12 seconds past and the player only did 24 more damage to it). This doesn't seem intentional and probably was an honest mistake.

The reason he didn't respond to you/change anything btw is because he speaks Russian, not English...

If you find more evidence on the player breaking rules, feel free to report it/message a staff!
