    03. Do not build sky boats. (Boats with props that are suspended in the air without structural support)
    Briefly explain what happened:
    The first round I joined I noticed Bic on a sky boat and we warned him. He just played on so I started a vote kick but it did not pass being 5 votes short. a couple rounds later he built it again and we retried the vote but it was two votes short.
