    Briefly explain what happened:
    It happened when i joined the server and i started to spectate and free roam until i found this guy with almost an invisble boat.

    You can still see the prop slightly, it is just hard to see. I'm going to give him reasonable doubt on this one, but if anyone see's him doing it again, please post another request. Thank you!
