    01. No minging or sabotage. (Do not mess with another player"s props without permission)
    02. Do not Prop Minge. (Intentionally Flinging props around aimlessly; using prop/s to launch yourself forward quickly to a room; using prop/s to trap/block a player; sharking; etc.)
    06. Do not truce. (Go solo or make a team. Nothing in between)
    Briefly explain what happened:
    A bit of truce until the end of the round, kind of a proppush, propblock of a player's boat and a player.

    I've only banned Navi since Kop was shooting their boat 'unnoticed' i guess.
