Briefly explain what happened:

Russians were having a friendly conversation when the target and his partner suddenly, made racial comments towards them. I gave a warning then muted. When I unmuted he continued.​

Because I suck. The photos are above the CS:GO pictures, and the Time was 1:00-1:30 AM when it occured

 

STEAM_0:0:155842636 will be banned for one week for "Extreme racism/Mute Evasion/No intent to player/Complete asshole/Next racism ban will be permanent."

STEAM_0:1:47304139 will be banned for four days for "Racism/Harassment"
