No minging or sabotage. (Do not mess with another player"s props without permission) Briefly explain what happened: Near the end of a Team round building phase, the miscreant (ngpanchi11) attempted to sabotage one of our boats by anchoring it with dumpsters. Ironically for him, we still pulled through. As with the vote kick/ban function, being able to view a prop's owner information is ALSO BROKEN. Please fix this promptly, for the sake of cleaner future reports and avoiding further complications. Screen shots not working? Edit - Went into your screenshots manually and saw that he did indeed break the rules. He shall be banned for 1 day. Since this is his first offense.
