Ban Request Against revel Target Name: revel Target SteamID: Target Forum Profile URL: Requester Name: Duck Senpai Requester Forum Profile URL: http://devinity.org/index.php?members/123123123 Event Date and Time: 6/11/2015, Afternoon. PST Server: Devinity Flood US #2 What rules the target broke: 02. Do not prop-push or prop climb. (Flinging props around aimlessly; using prop/s to launch yourself up to a higher spot) 10. Do not disrespect Devinity administration or your fellow players. (This includes harassment of any kind) 11. Do not discriminate against other players. (On the basis of religion, sex, race, orientation, ethnicity, age, etc.) Briefly explain what happened: I selected that he broke the rule "prop-push" in the rules that were broken, The video doesn't prove that but I forgot to select the clip and I had to cut/size down the clip because It would've took "330+ Minutes" if I uploaded the full thing. He didn't only say what he said once but I didn't want to upload everything for the same reason as I said before, It would have taken a few hours and I didn't have that time. Screenshot evidence: Nope. Video evidence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_sQmA17JkY Other evidence: Quack
Hello @Duck Marketer Unfortunately given the evidence provided I can't justify any lengthy ban whatsoever, whilst the use of racial slurs on our servers in prohibited a one off use of an offensive sentence doesn't constitute any substantial punishment because he would only be warned ingame for this one time offence. However if you are able to provide me with evidence on repeats of this, or of the prop-pushing claims that you have made, I will be happy to look over that evidence as well, so I'll leave this thread open for you to add any additional evidence that you can find time to upload. Ps. Seeing as you can't format the link in the way that we requested, I have done so for you so that you may use it in the future. http://devinity.org/index.php?members/duck-marketer.255
