Briefly explain what happened:

This person and his friend (Glusslad STEAM_1:0:54262591 we're spamming constantly, I have muiltpul screenshots of how much they we're spamming, I told them to stop but they kept doing it, same with other people they asked them to stop but they kept going. When we asked them to stop, they intentionally just spammed even more because we told them to stop.​
