Place the demo onto your garrysmod folder, rename it so it doesn't have any spaces, type demoui in console and then try to run it.
I've banned him for a week because this is the third report I've gotten on this player for the same reason and he was banned previously for this. I considered a permanent ban but I will give him one chance to learn.
