Just an FYI, witnesses are not other evidence unless they also have screenshots/demos/videos. But this guy was obviously breaking rules and apparently taunting while he did it so that leads me to believe he knew he was breaking rules and decided to do it anyway. I'm going to give a week ban to this one since he caused so much ruckus. Thanks for the report, next time make sure you get his name in your cross hairs for the screenshot a little better or maybe even record a demo.
